Our business is to research and manufacture high quality, customer-designed cast engineering components for international and domestic market. Our customers are mainly from water treatment\window & door\machines\and tank truck industries. Our emphasis is to research several casting technology, but we are also developing CNC machine, forging, welding, stamping, extrusion technology; as well as anodizing, electric plating or polishing, electrophoresis, impregnation technology. We have been with the capacity in cast aluminum bronze, Tin bronze, Nickel bronze, naval brass, aluminum, special stainless steel and ductile iron materials. Wing Kam has been certified by TUV according to ISO9001 2015 since 2010. Our foundry has been certificated for China National Hi-Tech. company. We are also vice director member of Shenzhen Hardware and Electronic Association.Through 15 years' growing, we have been with technologies for mold design, sand casting\lost wax investment casting\permanent mold casting\centrifugal casting and CNC machining. With these technologies, we can provide rapid prototyping works with 3D technology; small orders to regular orders. We own two foundries in China. One is Wing Kam Bronze Foundry (Shijiazhuang) Co.,Ltd. Located in Shijiazhuang city, Hebei Province. The other one is in Dongguan Wing Kam Metal Casting Co.,Ltd., located in Tangxia Town, Dongguan Guangdong Province. Our long term interest is to research new cast materials. We have been successful in developing DIN2.0975, C95200\C95400\C95700\C95800 aluminum bronze; resistance corrosion Naval brass; duplex stainless steel 2205, CN7M alloy20; 1.4837,1.4849. Our customers are mainly from Australia, US Germany; Italy & domestic market. Four customers are one of the 500 largest companies in the world.
